Did 2 AC unit replacements. They were knowledgeable and very trustworthy. They walked us through what was needed and had a great process, price and exceptional customer skills. I am extremely happy with our choice to go with them. We had a power surge on night that knocked our units off. We called their 24 hour customer service in the middle of the night and we were back up and running in no time. Thankfully. The house was getting hot and they were 100% there for us. Thank you guys! Great having you have our backs in this excessive heat we are having in Las Vegas.
Called on a Monday and was scheduled for a tech for the very next morning. Robert came out and was super knowledgeable and helpful. We talked over some options and he was very honest with me, and didn't try to up-sell me on services or parts I don't need. He laid out some very realistic and cost-saving options for me, and answered all of my questions so I could understand my system and the problem better.
